RAW images are large, unprocessed photo files created by some phones and professional cameras. They are like digital negatives and contain extensive data, but they are heavy and awkward to share. Snappies does not accept RAW files because they are not practical for fast uploads and easy viewing in an event gallery.
HEIC is a space saving image format commonly used on iPhones. It does not always display properly on all devices. To avoid compatibility issues, Snappies accepts standard formats such as JPEG and PNG which upload quickly and work everywhere.
If the event is cancelled before Snappies becomes active or it was not used at all, a full 100 percent refund is offered. If uploads occurred but the gallery was not viewed, a 70 percent refund is offered. If uploads occurred and the gallery was viewed, no refund is available.
Enhancement items such as Photobooth props, printed cards and table holders are refundable only if Snappies was not used at all and the items are returned in original packaging. If items are damaged or missing, no refund is given. If Snappies was used, enhancement items are non refundable unless returned unopened. Return postage is at your expense and no restocking fee is charged.
Enhancements available for Ruby and Diamond include a Photobooth prop box with two A4 prompt cards for £19.99, and gold effect table card holders offered in packs of ten for £19.99 per pack.
